Deleting your NFTama account

In the app

Open Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Without the app

E-mail [email protected] from the address registered in your account with the subject “Account deletion” and include your login. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to your e-mail.

Before you delete

Withdraw your BNB, AMA2 and safes (NFT) to your external wallet: after deletion the remaining balance and safes are not paid out and you can no longer sign in. If a withdrawal is still processing, deletion becomes available once it completes.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: login, e-mail, external wallet, settings, devices and sessions; your listings are taken off sale, offers and auto-buy rules are cancelled.
Kept: records of financial operations (for accounting) and blockchain transactions (they cannot be deleted).
