Privacy policy

The nftama.io website and the NFTama mobile app. Version of 4 October 2026.

What we collect

• Account: login, e-mail, password hash (the password itself is not stored), language, referral code and the user who invited you.
• Wallets: the address of your internal (IN) wallet on BNB Smart Chain and its private key in encrypted form; your external (OUT) wallet address if you set one.
• Operations: BNB and AMA2 balances, history of top-ups, swaps, withdrawals, safe purchases and sales, auto-buy rules.
• App: Firebase push token, device name, app version, notification settings.
• Technical data: IP address and request time in server logs, Google Play Integrity app verification.

Why

• signing in and protecting accounts from hijacking and bots;
• keeping balances, safes and AMA2 distribution, executing your blockchain operations;
• e-mail and push notifications (you can turn them off in your profile);
• support and troubleshooting.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Who receives data

• BNB Smart Chain: transactions and wallet addresses are public by the nature of the blockchain.
• Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Play Integrity): push token and app verification.
• E-mail provider: your e-mail address to deliver messages.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described on the account deletion page. Deletion erases your login, e-mail, external wallet, settings and devices and blocks sign-in. Records of financial operations are kept for accounting, and blockchain transactions cannot be deleted.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, wallet private keys are stored encrypted, server access is restricted.

Age

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
